Experience Art Month Ameland during the month of November. Art Month is an island-wide exhibition spread across Ameland, where visual art and the Wadden Sea landscape come together. Every year, Art Month takes place from 1 November to 30 November. During this period, approximately 100 artists display their work in inspiring indoor and outdoor locations on the island.

• International art experience: art by Dutch, German, Scandinavian and local Ameland artists

• Island-wide format: exhibitions can be found in churches, museums, restaurants, galleries, or in nature

• Cultural programme: workshops, film evenings, walks, literary afternoons, guided tours and music concerts
